We are seeking a high achiever with a combination of leadership, technical, strategic, compliance and commercial acumen.
You will lead the relationship between the internal stakeholders across procurement and supply chain whilst forging world-class external relationships with key suppliers and consultancies.
You will oversee the enhancement of improved controls, processes and documentation.
You will undertake a comprehensive review of the maintenance/mechanical/technical teams and be instrumental in a restructure to best deploy existing skill-sets and assess hiring needs/skill gaps.
The successful candidate will have significant experience of leading teams of well qualified, multi-disciplinary engineers. Some experience of managing remotely would also be ideal.
Your role will come with immediate autonomy so a track record of interpreting the overall plan from the Executive Board and taking initiative to execute is essential.
