You need to have a proven track record in customer service and the ability to speak a Nordic Language (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, or Finnish)
You will also need previous experience with using SAP and Salesforce and the ability to pick up new systems and processes with ease.
Your responsibilities will include:
*Providing service and support through SAP for order entry, order status, enquiries, agreements, and pricing queries.
*Processing orders
*Preparing customer correspondence
*Ensure all transactions meet the required compliance standards
