We are looking for an internal communication specialist to support the communication challenges (the integration of renewable energy on the electricity grid, building new infrastructure, monitoring the balance on the grid, ...)!
Service description:
The internal communications specialist will strengthen the internal communications team in developing and rolling out internal communications within the company.
The range of duties consists of:
-The coordination, editing and final editing of written and electronic publications (both copy and layout)
-Follow-up of various internal communication projects and campaigns
-Management of the intranet, internal digital newsletter and internal magazine
-Contacts with and follow-up of external communication agencies, internal customers, video -production agencies,….
Service requirements:
-All-round and multi-deployable communication profile to strengthen the internal communication team and realize a wide range of internal communication projects.
-Bachelor in Communication
-Several years of relevant work experience required (minimum 3 years)
-Hands-on communication profile with good pen, graphic feeling and strong verbal communication skills
-Good pen: editorial skills, strong sense of language (style)
-An eye for visual aspects in communication and layout
-Oral: comes across convincing, strong presentation skills
-Can implement communication plans and organize and follow up projects
-Being able to work independently and take initiative
-Flexible and precise
-Stress resistant
-Team spirit
-Knowledge of Photoshop, Adobe, Actito, PintoMind, Vimeo or similar tools is a plus
Languages: Perfect command of French or Dutch, with a good knowledge of the other language and English
