For our customer based in Brussels, we are looking for a Administrative Service Support - Medior.

Service description:
-As an administrative assistant you support the department and the hierarchical responsible of the department in the organisation of the administrative and operational tasks.
-You provide administrative and organisational support for the person in charge of the Consumer Centricity department (agenda management, organisation of meetings, ...) and by extension of the entire department.
-You ensure the administrative management of documents (contracts, request for quotations, correspondence, etc.).
-You send out mailings to the stakeholders, such as invitations to events, personalised information, ...
-You answer questions from internal and external stakeholders within your range of duties, mainly by email. You also manage the generic mailbox.
-You are responsible for welcoming our stakeholders and dealing with their first questions (telephone follow-up).
-You proactively support the department and you take care of the coordination of events for our stakeholders as well as internal events and workshops.
-You manage incoming and outgoing mail.
-You organise meetings at the request of the employees of the department.
-You are responsible for punctual translations of documents, presentations and letters.
-You attend the recurring meetings of the department and are responsible for the minutes and for following up the action lists.
-You are responsible for creating and following up orders as well as for following up the approvals of the received invoices in SAP.


Service requirements
-Graduate from an administrative field
-Very good knowledge of computer applications such as Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
-First work experience in an administrative support department is a plus.
-You are a proactive person and have excellent organisational skills.
-You are discreet and can handle confidential information.
-Analytic and customer-oriented mind.
-You can work independently.
-Team spirit and good communication skills.
-You take initiative (improve procedures).
-Empathy.
-Multitasking and stress resistant.
-You work punctually and accurately and you like work well done.
-Basic experience in SAP is a plus.
-Interest in the electricity sector and technology is a plus.


Languages: Very good knowledge of Dutch or French (and understanding of the second national language) AND good knowledge of English
