Key responsibilities:
* Drawing up a test plan
Reviewing the business requirements. Based on this, write the test plan and ask the BA to add any necessary clarifications.
* Elaborate test scenarios
Writing out the test scenarios based on the test plan and the business requirements
* Preparing test data
In a number of cases test data will have to be created. When test environments are refreshed, make sure that these refreshes are synchronised so that we have consistent test data across the different systems
* Execute test scenarios
Performing the functional tests (including regression tests) that are part of the BA's job description. The E2E tests will remain with the BA for the time being
* Monitoring defects
Logging detected defects and following up their resolution.
Job requirements:
* You have a master's degree in engineering or economics or equivalent through experience
* You have at least 5 years of relevant experience in preparing and performing functional
and E2E tests. Proven experience with writing test plans and test scenarios is a must
* You also have a few years of experience as test coordinator within a complex project structure
* You have experience with interpreting process flows and class diagrams and knowledge of BPMN and UML
* Experience with the use of the Jira and EA tools is a plus
* Experience within the electricity sector is a plus
* Good knowledge of English is required (reading, writing). A very good knowledge of Dutch or French is required (speaking, reading, writing), you must be able to understand the 2nd national language
