VOLT Life Science is searching for a highly motivated Senior Clinical Research Director or VP of Clinical Operations to join a global pharma company who have 2 products going into phase 3. This organisation focus on producing pharma drugs which target various infectious disease and are looking to facilitate setting up offices in the US this year. We are looking for a leader to come into the company and to hit the ground running to guide the growth, manage the relationships between vendors and recruit the right people into the organisation to continue their success.
Responsibilities;
-Lead and manage the senior leadership teams within Europe
-Managing and developing relationships with the selected CRO's and tracking their efficiency
-Emphasis on recruitment within the Clinical operations team, selecting the right people to manage sections of the organisation as they grow
-Develop and review the strategy within the Clinical Operations team alongside the key opinion leaders
-Directly reporting into the CEO, and working alongside the Head of Regulatory and QA
-Drive efficiency improvements within the Clinical Operations
Requirements;
-Minimum of 10 years managing Clinical Trials
-5+ years of senior management experience within a Pharmaceutical company
-Willingness to travel
-Preferably with experience in Infectious disease
-Life Science bachelor's degree
-Must speak English fluently
