Azure Public Speaker/ Skills Leader - 6 month contract - Reading
I am working with a global client who are looking for a Azure Skills Leader to help ensure the next generation workforce have the skills needed to be successful in the future, and to land our programs and solutions/offers with UK Universities.
We are looking for someone with a tenacious passion for education, combined with appropriate technical skills, sales and leadership experience and understanding of the education skilling and technology market.
This 6 month initial contract will focus on the following key areas.

Students: Specifically, this means up skilling university students with Azure capabilities

Institutions. The role will work with Universities and, specifically, the Computer Science facilities, to drive the Azure skills agenda, ensuring HE prioritises curriculum and certification programs to support their students with Azure capabilities
Skills and Experience:
-
Computer science education at university
-
Experience in education and business / technology / skilling

Passion for technology and education with preference for some education sector subject matter expertise with career readiness and valued programs

Leadership experience presenting/meeting with diverse academic audiences and stakeholders including school and government policy-makers, educators, education partners and re-sellers and students

Technical skills to be able to articulate value with University faculty and support transition to University curriculum hosting on Azure.
This role is paying a monthly rate of between £5,488 - £5,831 depending on experience.
