KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
*Providing automated dashboards to eliminate the need for any manual Excel reporting freeing up their time to focus on higher-value tasks
*Training and documentation so all end users are comfortable using the platform and are kept up-to-date on any new features
*Write well designed, testable, efficient code to meet delivery timescales/milestones
*Produce specifications and determine feasibility of tickets submitted
*Integrate data components into a fully functional dashboard environment within Datorama
*Document and maintain dashboard functionality
*Tailor and deploy dashboards, processes and metrics
*Own issues; drive and address open questions and follow-ups until all clarified and resolved
*Support solution deployment to enable efficient and accurate implementations
*Develop specialist knowledge in relevant programming languages, tools, techniques and apply expertise and knowledge to deliver effective solutions.
*Implement standard processes, tools, metrics, measurement, and reporting.
*Identify opportunities for improvement in dashboard development processes.
*Pro-actively demonstrate required behaviours in line with expectations of the role.
Skills and Experience
*Technical knowledge (Datorama, PowerBi, Tableau, Adtech stack)
*Tools and methodologies (Datorama, ETL, Data Management, Agile, Kanban, Data visualisation principles)
*Context (Understanding of media industry, agency background, marketing role, client side experience)
*Broad knowledge of a range of dashboard development and delivery life cycles, agile, iterative, waterfall with basic knowledge of one or more.
*Knowledge of relevant Data visualisation applications, basic JavaScript or Python, data structuring and manipulation, and Datorama.
*Knowledge of different vendors within the media industry such as Trade Desk, Flashtalking, Google
*Understanding of Agile product development techniques
*Successful delivery of working dashboards in a complex working environment
*Collaborative development and working in virtual teams requiring good communication with business customers and technology teams
*Highly flexible, accountable and taking ownership of own projects
*Minimum 5 years experience working in such roles
