Job Role:
Closely supports management in all data related matters pertaining to patient recruitment and analysis. Develops and advances data extraction, cleansing, and analysis tools and techniques in support of all relevant data assets. Creates and executes data queries, aggregation, analyses and transfers executed in such a way as to bring maximum efficiency, and yield optimal performance, to the delivery of our core products and services and to frame revenue-impacting decisions. Works as an integral part of the Data Services team to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of project-critical data components and the ongoing advancement of data storage/extraction tools and processes.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
* Advanced to power-user/certified skill level with MS Access and MS Excel
* Intermediate to advanced skill level in relational databases such as Oracle; along with advanced use of SQL Navigator, Toad or similar SQL editing software
* Advanced understanding of data hygiene and data integrity concepts; ability to manage and monitor its application to all Acurian outreach data
* ETL (Extract, Transform and Load) knowledge or willingness to be trained
* Excellent analytical, quantitative, critical thinking skills, and close attention to detail frequently changing, timelines
* Flexibility, creative problem solving, organized, good follow-through, integrity, able to engender trust and confidence in finished product
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
