Volt are hiring! We're seeking a Head of HR - International to join our growing business, managing all areas of the Human Resources and Facilities function.

Your Role -
-Ensuring that the company's greatest assets it's people are treated appropriately, fairly and in the spirit of the company's philosophy whilst complying with legal requirements and adhering to best practice.
-Manage the HR function for both UK & International operations. Provide clear leadership and motivation to direct and indirect reports, ensuring they are aware of the company vision, the business goals, and individual objectives.
-Proactively identify ways in which HR can positively influence and support the company achieve its business strategy.
-Advise and support line managers in finding and implementing solutions for employee related issues - performance, disciplinary, dismissal, restructure, redundancy etc. Alongside maintaining and developing the company's performance review system.
-Monitor holiday, sickness and absenteeism and ensure appropriate records are maintained and to ensure that action is taken where attendance standards are not met.
-Responsibility for compensation and benefits. Conduct salary bench-marking exercises, oversee the delivery, administration, negotiation, and renewal of company benefits.
-Conduct employee surveys and use the results to offer guidance or solutions that will improve employee experience, performance and engagement.
-Ensure company Compliance is maintained and company Health & Safety obligations are met.

What do we need?
-Experience working at a similar level in HR previously, preferably within a fast-paced, changeable industry
-Line management experience
-CIPD Level 7/ MCIPD / FCIPD qualification
-French speaker (desirable, not essential)

Full Time. Hybrid Working. Ability to be part-office, part home-based.
