I'm working with an exciting small early-stage Biotechnology / Medical Device company on hiring for a Design Engineer (Silicon / Analog). They've developed a new and innovative approach to analysing cells, with the potential to help companies react in real time, enabling a low-cost, portable and scalable alternative.



Role: Design Engineer - Silicon / Analog



Responsibilities:

Planning, developing, implementing, and testing mixed signal ASIC silicon design
Working to regulatory standards throughout the ASIC development life cycle (ISO9001)
Creating and maintaining accurate documentation
Performing design reviews
Managing relationships with external contractors


Requirements:

BSc / MEng in Engineering
Experience in Project Design - from schematic electronic capture to simulation and verification/layout - can be from BSc / MEng project
Experience with Cadence Virtuoso
VHDL Programming - Desirable
