We are partnering with a client who to recruit an experienced Helpdesk Support Analyst with a proven track record providing 1st line support on various technical issues.
You must have experience with:
*You will need a proven track record providing 2nd and 1st line support in a helpdesk environment.
*Extensive experience with, Active Directory, Exchange administration, and Win10 desktop management.
*Strong networking experience including TCP/IP, VLANs, firewalls, wireless configuration, and mobile device management.
*You need previous experience with desktop management using SCCM, WDS, WSUS.
*Must have some exposure to the administration of telephony platforms including Avaya.
*Mobile device management including iOS
