Your roles and responsibilities:
Business and System Analyst, mainly for digital developments.
Understanding needs and translating them into specifications with the help of our business correspondents.
Communications with our external development partners.
Product testing and validation.
Organisation of production start-up with our partners.
Follow-up for functional adaptations.
Integrating artificial intelligence into our tools to bring greater automation to our processes and quality to our databases.
Help for employees.
Back-up: Monitoring and running our monthly processes (dashboards, reporting, ....)
Your profile:
You're interested in IT, digitisation and process improvement.
You have proven experience in the role.
You have a good knowledge of Microsoft products.
You are open-minded and take the initiative.
You are no stranger to the use of artificial intelligence.
Preferably a Dutch speaker with a good knowledge of French. Knowledge of English is an asset.
Knowledge of non-life insurance is not essential.
