Your responsibilities will include:
*Order Management
*Weekly reports for all POs
*Acting as main point of contact for the Customer team and tracking inventory and field sales, sales operations and finance team for order inquiries
*Managing and prioritising accounts
*Drive resolution of Customer-related
Must Have:
*Strong customer service experience
*Must Highly Proficient with ERP & Spreadsheet Highly Proficient
*Proven track record working with other departments
