Are you ready to engineer innovation? We're looking for a Fluid Lines Designer to join our technical team at our Desford, UK facility - the hub of next-generation Compact Wheel Loader development within the Building Construction Products Division.
In this dynamic role, you'll lead the design and development of hydraulic, coolant, and refrigerant line systems for world-class mobile construction equipment. From 3D CAD design to collaborating with global teams, your work will directly impact the performance, quality, and sustainability of our machines.
What You'll Do:
Design and validate fluid line systems that meet demanding technical and functional requirements
Collaborate across engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to bring designs from concept to production
Drive design changes and communicate progress through reports and presentations
What You'll Bring:
Proficiency in 3D CAD (preferably CREO) and engineering data management tools (Teamcenter)
Strong analytical thinking and root-cause problem-solving skills
A deep understanding of product design and manufacturing processes
The ability to prioritise multiple projects and work effectively in a global team environment
