I am currently partnering with a client who are looking to recruit an experience Support Engineer for an initial 8 month contract based in Reading.
This role will be joining an existing team who are responsible for managing customer technical issues from triage through to resolution.
Skills/Experience required:
Proven track record working in Technical/Software Support positions that have been customer focused.
Excellent written and oral communication skills (ideally with some experience of writing technical documentation)
Genuine passion for technology and desire/aptitude to increase technical skillset
Proven experience of SQL and DevOps tools
