We are looking for a Bioinformatics Developer to have a leading role in the development of the software platform. You will work with Scientists, Research Bioinformaticians, and Software Developers to identify and work on improvements to the platform. Your role will be in facilitating effective deployment and interfacing with 3rd party scientific software developers to create and maintain a reliable and effective Bioinformatics and Data Science environment.

·Developing and refining, documenting and improving resilience of antibody NGS data processing pipelines
·Developing and refining in-silico methods for analysing and visualising antibody sequence data
·Analysing complex datasets from a range of technologies and sample types (RNA-seq, Nanostring, scRNA-seq etc.)
·Developing tools and techniques to stimulate hypothesis driven research from public data sets (e.g. TCGA, Human Cell Atlas etc.)
·Integrating with and supporting our Genedata Biologics and Bioprocess LIMS systems - driving ease of use, quality and compliance objectives.
·Researching and presenting work at internal and external company meetings - keeping colleagues current in state-of-the-art bioinformatics techniques that drive business value.
·PhD or equivalent experience in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, or similar discipline
·Dev-ops experience
·Proficiency in the use of Python (3, ideally)
·Proficiency in the use of Linux (ideally Ubuntu 18.04 LTS or later)
·Proficiency in the use of relational databases and SQL (Oracle 12 or later)
