You will need previous experience with using SAP and Salesforce and the ability to pick up new systems and processes with ease.
Your responsibilities will include:
*Manage the Customer Issue Resolution processes
*Resolving disputes and complaints, including credit & collection tasks
*Utilising SAP and Salesforce in investigate disputes and resolve
*Creating strong partnerships with all stakeholders
*Ensure all transactions meet the required compliance standards
Must Have:
*Must have previous experience using SAP, and SalesForce
*Proven track record working in accounts receivable and customer service experience.
*Ability to multitask
