You will need previous experience with using SAP, Salesforce and order management, as well as experience with managing accounts.
Your responsibilities will include:
·Managing key accounts
·Customer visits
·Contact calls
·Account and order management
·Providing service and support for a wide range of products
·Providing highest levels of customer service
·Resolving quires in a timely manner.
·Ensure all transactions meet the required compliance standard
