An award winning technology start-up is looking for a Customer Success Manager join their UK entity.
You should have the following:
- Proven track record in building and maintaining customer relationships
- Good knowledge in AML, Fraud or Financial Crime
- Extensive Stakeholder Management (C-Level).
- Strong B2B experience
- Previous Software as a Service exposure
- Experienced working with US and European customers
- Excellent on-boarding skills.
