I am currently looking for an experienced Desktop Support Engineer for a global data communications company based in London on an initial 6 month contract.
You will be responsible for the following:
- To diagnose and resolve software and hardware incidents, including operating systems and across a range of software applications.
- To assist all our users with any logged IT related incident when called upon.
- Help set up new IT equipment.
- Resolve incidents and upgrade different types of software and hardware.
You must have the following experience:
- Extensive Desktop Support experience
- Experience setting up new equipment to a professional standard.
- Experience upgrading hardware and software.
This role is paying a daily rate of between £190 - £200 per day depending on experience.
