Main responsibilities:

1.Deliver induction and continuous training to all employees on entry (GDPR, AE, Consent forms)
2.Keep updated and review Market Research templates (Screener, Questionnaires, Discussion Guide, Consent Forms, Commissioning Documents, Briefing templates)
3.Update company on new Data Protection Legislations
4.Participate in client calls for all compliance and data protection concerns
5.Review client contracts (MSA, NDA, SCC) and maintain MSA database.
6.Lead with client audits.
7.Implement and maintain the Information Security Policy and AE SOP
8.Review company Policy Manual and Handbook
9.Design and review all suppliers' contracts
10.Manage AE Database
11.Manage Quality assurance and checking process.
12.Manage CAPA process
13.Lead with high impact national and global changes to compliance (e.g. BREXIT)

Qualifications
Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
International Compliance Association (ICA) recognised course (would be a plus)
Thorough knowledge of compliance and data protection legislation
