The successful candidate would have a strong background in Data Analysis, HR Operations and would be a Confident Communicator, with exceptional attention to detail.
The role of HR Rewards Delivery Advisor will be responsible for providing advice and guidance on HR policies, processes and general HR related queries, acting as the first point of contact for employees where self-service is either unavailable or where the query cannot be resolved through the self-service channels available. The role will also be responsible for performing transactional HR services in addition to managing and maintaining the integrity of HR data and will sit within the HR Service Delivery Team, involving working closely with the HR Service Delivery Team Lead to manage queries to resolution.
Reporting to the HR Service Delivery Team Lead , you will work closely with the wider HR Service Delivery Team, Projects and the Continuous Improvement team to explore opportunities for continuous improvement across the HR Operations function.
