*Proven track record in IT Service design and delivery within an end user environment.
*Previous experience in IT Operations, IT Projects, Service Delivery or Infrastructure roles
*Extensive experience managing IT Projects
*Strong experience with diagnosing, and troubleshooting in order to resolve problems.
*Proven ability to manage IT projects
*IT Supplier Management including outsourced partners
*ITIL Foundation Certification
