Our client, a major manufacturing, construction and infrastructure business based in Dublin are seeking a Mechanical Superintendent for an initial 12 month contract.

Key responsibilities:

-Overseeing a large team of mechanical technicians (50+) responsible for
-Repair
-Maintenance
-Modifications
-Investigating equipment failure
-Responding to out of hours issues

Equipment includes: pumps, gearboxes, valves, heat exchangers

The Superintendent will be expected to have a high-level awareness of all of the above areas however the management/coordination aspect of the role is the key therefore a strong and experienced Manager with Team Leadership skills are essential.
