Description:
Our client has the objective to build, operate and maintain a Ran Sharing Network in MORAN.
They are running a RFQ (Request for Quotation) with the objective to find partner(s) able to provide services for Operation and Maintenance.
This RFQ cover mainly 3 parts :
* Field first line maintenance (Corrective and preventive for radio elements and sites)
* Supervision and central support (work dispatching, level 2, incident management)
* Operations at OMC (configuration)
In this frame we are searching for a project manager able to :
* In a first phase:
o manage with an helicopter view all aspects of the RFQ with the team in place. RFQ is at a "second round of offer" level. Next phases are : analyse the second offers to receive, align every stakeholders around a proposition of selection to present to the operators
o Take action to push, support, and align every stakeholders (procurement, technical and operators (Orange Be/Proximus) to reach the targets (service partner(s) selection) in due time (June)
o Ensure the follow-up of action points and steer the process of selection
o Consolidate and summarize the results to present it to management and operators business committees on a regular bases
* In the second phase (after partner(s) selection:
o Create and manage the project to introduce the service partner(s) in the frame of the operation and maintenance
o Take action to align every stakeholders (Operations, IT, purchasing, Operators , service provider(s)) on project plan, processes and way of working, responsibility matrix, IT… to be ready operationally end of 2021
o Ensure the follow-up of action points and steer the process of implementation
o Consolidate and summarize the results to present it to management and operators business committees on a regular bases
Profile:
* Good project management skills
* Helicopter view and able to synthetize
* Result driven
* Operation and maintenance domain knowledge
* Negotiation skills to align all stakeholders and obtain results
* Experience at operator side is a plus
Languages :
Fluent English is enough.
FR or NL is a plus but not mandatory.
