Your responsibilities:

Supporting our consultant in the Cell & Gene therapy market, where you will be filling positions such lab technicians, Scientists, manufacturing roles etc.

Furthermore, you will be tasked on generating leads and consistently communicating with candidates via phone, email and Linkedin.

Moreover, you will need to be creative with your job advertisements and Linkedin messages which are enticing to candidates (support will be provided).

This opportunity will allow you to create your own talent pool of candidates for hard to fill positions. In addition, you will need to provide feedback/updates to candidates and clients.

Ensuring throughout this process, you are logging data on to CRM which will valuable to yourself and other colleagues around.
