The Technical Support Engineer ensures the repair of connectivity and services for fiber customers.
- Remote localization of the problem by performing the correct technical tests
- Solve the problem by adjusting the configuration of the solution
- Ensure correct dispatching to the various technical services
- Provide excellent communication to our customers about the evolution of the repair, and clearly documenting the corresponding ticket
- Support the technician on the site
Degree & Experience:
- Professional Bachelor or equivalent experience
- Experience in working with fiber is an advantage.
- Customer orientation
- Planning and organization
- Team spirit
- Stress resistant
- Knowledge of English is an asset
