Looking for Bioinformatics Engineers to develop tools and applications for enabling the clinically relevant integration of multiple data modalities. You'll be at the forefront of biomedical research, generating tools and applications with the Machine Learning Engineers and bringing technical expertise and hands-on implementations, you will help us create products that will transform cancer research in the UK and everywhere.
Responsibilities:
Produce high quality code
Implement software solutions for high-throughput sequencing data analysis and genome analysis and interpretation
Performs multiple types of data analysis with a diversity of approaches and tools
Requirements:
Proficient/Advanced in Python
Solid skillset and knowledge in Bioinformatics
Proficient in Linux, Git, Postgres
Experience in building code using CI/CD
