You will be part of the Marketing Analytics and Segmentation team that is responsible for the development of predictive models (Predictive Analytics) as well as advanced analyses on our customers (Segmentation, Profiling...). The team plays a central role in CRM activities and enables the optimization of sales and care customer contacts in the entire customer lifecycle (acquisition, cross-sell, upsell, retention) with an effective Next Best Offer/Nest Best Treatment system.

Objective of the mission

Explore new data sources (internet traffic data: fix & mobile) and apply insights to new and ongoing use-cases for the businesses:
- Direct marketing propensity-to-buy models & Next Best Offers
- Customer profiling (preferences, interests, socio-demo segment, psychography, etc.)
- Customer journeys and experience improvements
- New data monetization projects

Profile required

- Master or PhD in quantitative fields (Data Sciences, Artificial Knowledge or similar)
- Excellent Machine learning skills (modelling & industrialization)
- Good data engineering skills (data preparation)
- Knowledge in Python (Hadoop, Azure) and SQL (Teradata)
- At least bilingual: English and (French or Dutch)
- Positive & constructive mindset
- Good grasp / interest in business aspects (to be able to autonomously come up with new ideas) is a plus
- Interest in the telecom technologies (i.e. Internet Protocol) is a plus
