With a clear roadmap to Director level you will be required to demonstrate your previous experience of taking products through the entire lifecycle resulting in successfully manufactured and marketed products, domestically and/or internationally.
You will lead a team of 20+ engineers through your team of Managers, championing best-in-class product innovation and re-development.
Commercial acumen is a must, as is depth & breadth across technical engineering disciplines.
The growth across the organisation and product portfolio is explosive and therefore requires an individual with robustness, ambition and at least some relevant industry knowledge (medical/healthcare).
Experience of working directly with customers would be an advantage.
