Responsibilities:
Answer phone within timeframe adhering to SLA
Manging mailbox and responding accordingly.
Responsible for despatches including, delivery notes, Labels, export documentation, invoices, updating despatches and processing customers' orders.
Working closely with third parties and distribution services
Data entry and filing.
Requirements
Proven track record in a similar role
Use of Salesforce would be beneficial
Good understanding of Export Regulations/Customs
The successful candidate would be required to work full time onsite in Runcorn, Cheshire
