Service Description
The mission consists of managing a central Sparx Enterprise Architect (EA) repository and handling all related inquiries from Business and IT stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and continuously update the central Sparx EA repository, ensuring all applications, interfaces, models, and documentation are accurate and well organized
Consolidate and validate application metadata (attributes, ownership) in collaboration with Product Owners, Business Architects, and IT domain leads
Process inquiries from business and IT stakeholders regarding repository access, usage, and updates
Manage user permissions and ensure secure access
Provide guidance on:
Modeling standards
Best practices
Repository usage
VBA scripting support
Integrate stakeholder feedback and resolve conflicts in architectural documentation
Design and deploy dashboards in Prolaborate
Support querying and reporting for Sparx EA & Prolaborate
Industrialize reports and dashboards
Monitor changes across the application landscape and ensure accurate mapping
Prepare reports on the health and completeness of the application portfolio
Lead deployment of MDG developments including testing and release tracking
Test new Sparx EA & Prolaborate versions before deployment
Manage contacts with Sparx Systems regarding licensing
Provide insights on application rationalization and consolidation
Working Environment

In a product team using Agile/Scrum methodologies, supporting the Product Owner
